It is essential that the air curtain has sufficient air velocity to discharge over the whole height and width of the doorway. It should always be wider than the width of the door opening.

Please ensure the unit is positioned as close to the door opening as possible and that there are no obstructions between the curtain’s jet of air and the opening of the door. In case of an obstacle (i.e. beam, air vent or glass wall) please consider suspending standard units on drop rods, recessing units or choosing vertical units.

Electric and water heated units come complete with Ecopower energy saving controller, which allows you to choose the correct control strategy to suit the air curtain’s environment. Ambient non heated units come complete with ambient controller, which allows the unit to be powered on/off and to select one of the three fan speeds.

Stainless

The standard finish on all surface and recessed units is white Ral 9010 and can be colour matched on request. The standard finish on Designer units is stainless steel and can be modified to brushed, galvanised finish or colour matched on request.
